Sahl Hawala Money Exchange and Money Services Company is a licensed Afghan Money Service Provider established in November 2020 and regulated by Da Afghanistan Bank under License Number DAB/1-0570.
Our head office is located at Bradaran Haidary Exchange Market, PD 2, Basement, Office 135-A, Kabul, Afghanistan.
Sahl Hawala represents the next generation of money transfers through digital means. We serve both the most rural and urban areas of Afghanistan, designing tailored services, packages, and solutions for all types of financial markets and transactions.
We operate with full regulatory compliance and a strong commitment to international management standards. Our focus is on providing reliable money transfer, currency exchange, humanitarian cash distribution, and payroll management services — always for legitimate development and commercial purposes.

Mr. Ahmad Zia
Shareholder
Mr. Ahmad Zia is a shareholder and an experienced financial-services professional with expertise in money remittance, regulatory compliance, business development, corporate governance and risk management. He serves as Director of A to Z 4U Ltd, trading as Saak Pay, in the United Kingdom. Previously, he served as Director and Money Laundering Reporting Officer of Fastrems Limited and as Director of Sangerwal Money Transfer Services Ltd. He holds an MSc in Economics from City University London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Management.
Mr. Abdul Jamil Noori
Shareholder
Mr. Abdul Jamil Noori is a shareholder and business executive with more than two decades of experience in financial management, procurement, administration, logistics, organizational development and corporate leadership. He provides executive leadership to Sahl Hawala and Buloro Afghanistan. Earlier roles include Procurement Director of Afghan Wireless Communication Company and Head of Finance and Accounts at the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency. He holds an MBA from Bakhtar University and a BBA from MRM University.
Mr. Mohammad Hamid Stanikzai
Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Mohammad Hamid Stanikzai serves as Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the company's compliance framework, applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. His responsibilities include KYC/CDD, AML/CFT, transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting and internal compliance controls. Previous roles include Legal Officer at the National Bank of Afghanistan and Legal Advisor with Blusonic Mobile Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in Law and Political Science from Jahan University.
